Iranian Teacher Students in Malaysia
A group of 5 Teacher Students from Farhangian Teacher Education University (FTEU) paid a visit to the University of Malaya in a 10-day trip.
According to the student exchange program between Farhangian Teacher Education University (FTEU) and the University of Malaya (UM), and with regards to the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between (FTEU) and (UM) in April 2015 in Tehran, UM invited 5 teacher students of FTEU to pay a short visit to the University of Malaya.
After announcing an online call for those interested in participating in this academic event, a number of 5 teacher students with top GDPs from all FTEU campuses across the countrywere selected as follows:
Farkhondeh Moodi from Imam Sajjad campus in Birjand, Nasim Nemati from shahid Mofateh campus in Tehran, Zahra Bagherzadeh from Resalat campus in Sistan and Baloochestan, Mina Tavazoei from Shahid Bahonar campus in Shiraz and Maryam Torabi from Nasibeh campus in Tehran
Headed by Narges Abutalebi from Sedighe Tahereh campus in Mazandaran.
The delegation visited Malaysia from 14th till 24th of July. This hectic 10-day trip started with a visit to Sri Aman School, a school specific for talented students.
Moreover,the delegation visited the International Teacher Education Center in Kuala Lampur, which educates teachers of English, Japanese, German and French languages.
On the last day of this visit, the delegation was invited to have a meeting with the Iranian ambassador to Malaysia, Dr.Marziyeh Afkham.
